Tata is hiring for the role of Junior Customer Service Executive - Provisioning & Configuration!

Responsibilities of the Canddiate:

  • Ensure configuration task completion for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within defined SLAs.
  • Conduct change management, turn-up, and migration requests efficiently.
  • Perform standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activations post-provisioning.
  • Validate wiring connections and schedule dispatches with field operations.
  • Actively participate in key projects as a full contributing team member.
  • Ensure all installation functions are completed on time to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Handle escalation management when required or if the project is at risk.
  • Responsible for delivering orders for Enterprise customers and supporting service activation over MSP and Legacy Core MPLS networks, ensuring seamless business operations for clients.
  • Play a key role in enabling customers to conduct business efficiently in a highly connected environment.
  • Possess deep telecom knowledge along with strong communication, reporting, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Ensure a consistent and smooth stakeholder experience by taking ownership of query resolution within Service Delivery and Supplier Management.
  • Drive and resolve WAN order-related queries, contributing to enhanced customer delivery and overall experience.
 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on-field operations.
  • Strong understanding of the provisioning process.
  • Knowledge of telephony, internet, and data services.
  • Experience in service activation and configuration processes.
