Junior Design & Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

• Site Assessment & Measurement:

  • Initial site measurement with needs & requirements detailing along with measurement
  • Duly fill the initial site measurement sheet along with all required details

• Designing:

  • According to the design conceptualization, prepare detailed drawing which incorporates the needs & requirement
  • To prepare design options which are aesthetically + technically perfect designs

• Estimation:

  • To prepare worksheet & quote which are commercially in sync with the client needs & budgets

• Presentation:

  • To prepare presentation of the design options
  • Present the design options & relate the requirements with the solutions proposed

• Support & Facilitation:

  • Design presentation | Meeting readiness | Drawings
  • To prepare presentation of the design options as per standard format
  • Meeting readiness - Ensure meeting readiness as expected (Documents readiness | sample readiness)
  • Noting down MOM
  • Do the changes as per the received inputs in the client presentation meeting in all required documents

• Order Process Documents - Modifications & Upgradations:

  • As per FSM, prepare working drawings
  • As per inputs received after validation of working drawings, do the changes in the file
  • Providing timely & accurate SET D (Order process document) for order processing basis all the finalized specs & details
  • Resolving issues (If any)

Required Candidate Profile:

• 2D | 3D software knowledge
• Good communication skill
• Qualification - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Designing
