Who We Seek:

We are seeking a Python Django Developer with 6 months of experience to join our Engineering team and help develop and maintain our internal products. Your ultimate goal will be to build highly responsive and innovative AI based software solutions that meet our business needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
• Built and managed RESTful APIs with front-end and third-party integrations
• Design efficient database schemas using Django ORM and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with teams to turn requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Document features, APIs, and configurations
• Use GitHub for version control, code management, and CI/CD workflows
• Stay updated on industry trends and AI innovations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 months experience building and shipping full-stack products
• Proficient in Python,Django,REST APIs and Django REST Framework
• Strong in Next.js fundamentals,SSR,SSG,ISR and TypeScript
• Familiar with Tailwind CSS, Next.js, shadcn/ui,skilled in building user-friendly UIs from Figma designs
• Expertise in PostgreSQL,including advanced querying and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of web application architecture and system design.
• Excellent algorithmic problem-solving abilities,focussing on efficiency and performance.
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Skilled in crafting effective prompts to guide AI tools for precise and optimized code output.
• Exposure to AI-powered coding tools like Cursor,Claude Code,Vercel and Supabase.
• Ability to excel in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments.
• Quick to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
