Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business across B2B, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts and category teams.
- Drive category development and expansion across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Handle purchase order (PO) generation, order replenishment (OR model), and demand forecasting.
- Track DAU (Daily Active Units) and optimize sales performance.
- Develop business with local retail shops, distributors, and wholesale partners.
- Negotiate commercials, visibility plans, and promotional campaigns with key accounts.
- Coordinate with category, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, competition, and secondary sales data.
- Prepare business reviews, sales reports, and performance dashboards.

Preferred Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Quick Commerce platforms: Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Experience in B2B sales and local market development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing strategic accounts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Industry
Consumer Goods, FMCG, Bags, Luggage, Rainwear, Umbrellas, Lifestyle Products, Retail, or E-Commerce.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. MBA is preferred.
