Details

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and results
  • Meet or exceed targets for lead volume and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
