Details
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
- Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and results
- Meet or exceed targets for lead volume and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
