Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of HEOR in-depth specialist knowledge and experience at an international level including database analysis and economic modelling in a healthcare consulting organization or a life science company
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical or biological sciences, engineering, operations research
• Master’s degree in outcomes research, health economics or related fields (Preferred)
• Doctoral degree in relevant field (Preferred)
• Problem solving capability as demonstrated by the ability to evaluate threats and opportunities for HEOR strategy and modify these where appropriate
• Well-developed conceptual thinking with the capability to access internal and external resources for advice
• Proactive application of the therapeutic area and disease treatment knowledge
• Able to implement projects involving key stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy
• Previous experience in project management and allocating resources efficiently and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in performing inferential statistics including ML/ AI (preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Visual Basic, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and execute health economic and outcomes research studies including economic modelling (e.g., cost-effectiveness analysis, budgetary impact model, etc.) and retrospective database studies
• Design search strategies to retrieve relevant evidence from the scientific literature
• Draft and review technical reports (modelling and RWE studies) & HEOR abstracts/ manuscripts, systematic literature review/ meta-analysis reports, value dossiers and other HEOR deliverables
• Proactively and independently contribute to the research planning process and resolution of complex issues
• Prepare technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop expertise in HEOR/ RWE through publications and presentations of scientific research
• Advanced expertise in HEOR/ RWE through ongoing training, competitor monitoring, sharing best practices and appropriate use of consultants
• Responsible for project management in collaboration with other team members for time, budget, and quality
