Market Research Associate

Cvent is hiring for the position of Market Research Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather and update information (through secondary research) to build or maintain a marketing database of customers and prospective clients
• Help company’s strategic objective of evaluating and expanding the mice market space by conducting advanced and focused secondary research on industry segments and verticals ranging from associations to corporations
• Identify industry trends, competitors, and mice industry trends through market research and cvent tools
• Coordinate with sales and cross functions to ensure follow ups on leads generated

Requirements:

• Have a strong academic background
• Have Internet Research Acumen
• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams like sales and sales operations
• Good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Positive attitude and out of the box thinker
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• 0 - 1 years of work experience is desired; however, freshers with requisite skills may also apply
• Educational Qualification - Graduate (any stream)
