Gartner is hiring for the position of Marketing Associate (Email Marketing)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Use Eloqua to build complex campaigns and programs to support marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot any campaign setup issues
- Support data transfer tasks, for example: export data from data warehouses, data clean-up, and upload data to Eloqua
- Monitor campaigns and data flow to identify any fluctuations/issues
- Report on success metrics using analytics and BI tools
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent governance and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Experience working with marketing automation technologies such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and segmentation
- Experience working with CRMs (Such as Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with Formulas and formatting in MS Excel
- Understanding of basic HTML and CSS (A nice to have)
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Proven quality assurance skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
- Flexible with schedule due to working with a global team
