Marketing Automation Specialist

Akamai Technologies is hiring for the role of Marketing Automation Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting Global and Growth Marketing email campaigns by advising on data health, audience segmentation, and strategy.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimising scalable, automated campaigns to attract, engage and nurture customers and prospects.
• Creating an informed, decision-making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations.
• Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materials
• Troubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g. data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).

Requirements:

• Have 2-4 years of relevant marketing automation experience (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.
• Have experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms (Marketo and/or Marketing Cloud)
• Be process oriented with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Be adept in juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities
• Be a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, critical thought and resourcefulness
• Have the ability to think outside the box and present ideas that question the status quo
• Embrace, operate, and innovate in an ambiguous environment and methodically articulate/document processes, while driving results.
