ZenTrades is hiring for the role of Marketing Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies
- Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media content, tailored to our target B2B audience
- Manage and optimize the company's website and social media profiles for SEO to improve visibility and engagement
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Plan and execute webinars, and online events, and participate in industry conferences to promote our product and establish thought leadership
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to various campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in B2B marketing and SaaS to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and engagement strategies to build a loyal community around our product
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, with a specific focus on B2B and SaaS
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred
- The ideal candidate is someone who welcomes the challenge of hands-on work, eagerly diving into the details with a steadfast commitment to achieving measurable, superior results
