• Partnered with senior consultants to identify key insights and create impactful presentations.
• Conducted independent analysis to structure and highlight relevant findings.
• Led internal and client meetings while contributing to overall project management.
• Contributed to Mastercard’s intellectual capital and consulting knowledge base.
• Received continuous mentorship from consulting leaders for skill and career development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with experience in marketing content, digital or social media campaigns, customer experience, or direct response marketing.
• Proven teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and (if applicable) local language.
• Legally authorized to work in the country and eligible for international travel as needed.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content creation, or usability research.
• Exposure to print production and global supply chain/vendor management.
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience leading workstreams with third parties in a collaborative setup.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to execution.
• Background in marketing technology, sales, or product management is a plus.
