Sirva is hiring for the role of Move Management Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assisting in Management moving services component of corporate relocations, household goods policy counseling
- Liaising with relocating corporate employees, client Human Resources, database maintenance,
- Arranging insurance cover, and booking of ancillary services as required.
- Reconciling and authorizing invoices, and conducting high level of phone customer service
Requirements:
- Previous Mobility, Moving Services, or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
- Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable but not essential
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
- Be highly organized with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across several different clients
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
