Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to manage and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to driving sustainable growth by maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist HR and Finance departments with documentation and basic coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office-related requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
- Experience in vendor management and basic procurement processes.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and HR support tasks.
