Qualification / Education and Other Requirements:
- Education: Any Undergraduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.A, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision-making skills.
- Language required: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & 1 South Regional Language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Should be flexible for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, with the week off on weekdays.

Role and Responsibilities – Online Reputation Manager:
- Handle and manage the company’s online presence across social media platforms.
- Connect with happy customers and encourage them to share their experiences.
- Request video testimonials from satisfied customers and guide them in recording their experiences.
- Post and promote customer testimonials across social media platforms.
- Engage with customers on social media by responding to queries, comments, and reviews.
- Monitor brand reputation and feedback online, ensuring a positive company image.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve brand perception.
