Essar is hiring for the role of Operations Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gain hands-on, on-ground exposure to business operations, projects, and functions.
- Understand end-to-end value chain, key stakeholders, and business drivers.
- Assist senior leaders and business heads on strategic initiatives, business reviews and assigned projects.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare insights for decision-making.
- Lead or co-lead strategic, operational, or transformation projects assigned during the program.
- Take ownership of defined deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
- Track progress, risks and key milestones and present updates to leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using digital tools, analytics and best practices.
- Support implementation of automation, dashboards and efficiency initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships across levels and business.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, agility, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Actively participate in learning interventions, mentoring, coaching and assessments.
- Implement feedback received from manager, mentor & business head.
- Job responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, role requirements, and the candidate’s development plan under the Leadership Program.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
