Details
Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing of eco-solvent large format printers at client sites
- Troubleshooting printer issues and providing technical support
- Performing regular maintenance and breakdown repair
- Training customers on basic printer operation and upkeep
- Preparing service reports and coordinating with internal teams
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of experience in servicing eco-solvent or large format printers
- Knowledge of printer heads, software, and calibration
- Willingness to travel for on-site service
