Portfolio Revenue Manager

IHG Hotels and Resorts is hiring for the position of Portfolio Revenue Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the revenue function across a portfolio of hotels, developing and managing short, medium, and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation and capture as set out in each hotel's Service Level Agreement
• Pro-actively and cost-effectively maximizing hotel room revenues, RevPAR, and system delivery to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and against budget growth targets
• Develop a strategy to achieve overall hotel revenue
• Analyze competitor and market pricing and trends to come up with the right pricing strategy by segment and for each revenue stream
• Ongoing system health checks · Creation and presentation of the forecast for all Revenue Streams
• Prepare for and conduct Revenue meetings in line with the Revenue Management Cycle for all revenue streams to identify risks and opportunities, potential revenue-driving activities or strategic direction shifts
• Yearly budgeting for all revenue streams along with the hotel team
• Participation in business reviews meetings with both corporate and owners
• Analysis and report on EOM performance
• As needed, support for new hotel openings or conversion set-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Revenue Management, ideally in all revenue streams
• Multi-property revenue management experience preferred
• Have worked across luxury resort environments with high daily rates
• Revenue Management Tools and Systems (CONCERTO, RMS or similar) Technical Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to impact and influence remotely
• Strong MS Excel Skills
• System and Technology savvy
• Korean language proficiency would be an added advantage but not mandatory
