Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of HRMS platforms, HR processes, and workflows including modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Engage with clients during the pre-sales and requirement gathering phase to understand HR and business needs, evaluate feasibility, and propose HRMS solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of HRMS solutions to clients, highlighting key features and business benefits.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs related to HRMS solutions.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with HR and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using Figma to visualize HRMS workflows and modules.
  • Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, HR process automation insights, and documentation efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI-based features (e.g., resume screening, chatbots, predictive analytics) within HRMS solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis between client requirements and existing HRMS product capabilities, and suggest enhancements or customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable HRMS solutions for web and mobile platforms.
  • Act as a bridge between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, solution documents, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage change requests, risks, and communication history throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet HR operational requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Analyst (HR-focused projects).
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing roles.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to understand HR pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
