Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our team. In this role, you will assist in understanding customer needs, explaining project details, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are converted into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage daily leads through the ERP (CRM) system
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day
- Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads as per SOP
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the ERP system
- Understand and clearly explain key project details to potential customers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Encourage and schedule site visits for prospective customers
Requirements:
- 0 to 5 years of experience (Real Estate industry experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
- Target-driven and self-motivated
