Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Interact with client
- Address daily workload, with high volumes
- Analyze issues in production and follow up on the issues with corrective and preventive actions
- Work with multiple teams
- Need to do multi-tasking when required
- Understand and learn the process
- Ability to think out of the box and propose process improvement ideas
Requirements:
- MBA Candidate Fresher
- Excellent analytical skills and oral and written communication skills
- Highly proactive, aggressive & self-motivated individual
- Flexible to work on core night shifts
