Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring for the role of Process Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients based on the agreed-upon billing terms and contracts.
- Review billing data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before issuing invoices.
- Maintain a systematic and organized record of billing documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and billing statements.
- Monitor billing cycles and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve billing issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze billing trends and patterns to identify potential areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate billing-related updates, changes, and issues to the onshore team in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently or in teams as and when required
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial systems, and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1-4 years of Proven experience as a billing specialist, billing clerk, or similar role, preferably in a KPO or similar industry
- Finance graduate preferred additional certifications in accounting, finance, or related fields are a plus
- Should be okay with UK shift timings
- Graduation is must
