Target is hiring for the role of Product Ops Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

  • Build reports and dashboards using existing data to monitor key product metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis and research to identify opportunities to improve product performance.
  • Support product strategy design by leveraging data and technology for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product Operations, and Business teams to execute initiatives.
  • Assist Senior Product Analyst in product implementation planning and roadmap creation.
  • Gather and analyze data to answer business questions and guide product decisions.
  • Define and monitor Product Health metrics used by Product Managers.
  • Test and track performance of new features post-deployment.
  • Use a test-and-learn approach and demonstrate comfort with ambiguity.
  • Identify trends and issues, suggesting enhancements to existing features.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1–5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Domo, or Looker.
  • Passion for data-driven problem solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar tools).
