Volvo is hiring for the role of Professional Solution Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead in delivering the identified solution
- Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including the time and scope involved
- Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly
- Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications, and business partner quality requirements and ensure the usage of standards, tools, and platforms
- Identify and propose solutions and features to fit the product
- Solve assigned issues together with the business
- Analyze current technologies used and perform tech watch, build prototypes and PoCs
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience, or other
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the business domains/systems/applications
- Actively improves the skills of others through training /coaching /mentoring
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills
- Ability to communicate across a broad range of people
- Good executer/ Results driven
