Project Estimator

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding of Construction Drawings and specifications
• Calculating and estimating the quantities (quantity take-off) of building products such as doors, hardware, toilet accessories,
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantity) for proposals

Requirements:

• ITI /Diploma in Civil/Mechanical
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/PlanSwift/Bluebeam software is a plus
• Good communication skills

Shift Timing:

• 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM & 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
• The company will choose your shift timings based on the business needs.
• Employees don’t have the choice to choose shift timings.
• It is work from the office only.

Training Agreement:

• The Training Agreement would be for 2 years
• An undated cheque of Rs. 1,00,000/- shall be kept with the Organization in consideration of the training cost and shall be returned after the completion of 2 years  (not deposited in bank)
