dsm-firmenich is hiring for the position of Project Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage employment records and documents related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating, incl. filing according to a legal requirement
- Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to Tier 1 and 2 (external provider) based on the location (in a local language)
- Provide employee statements, letters, and certificates if it’s out of self-service functionality
- Deal with requests via Remedy according to internal KPI
- Enable efficient processes and simplify procedures as continuous improvement
- Support change management in communication
- Provide reports as requested
- Support Internal Control Framework operational controls
- Support content management activities and HR Navigator administration for the regions
Requirements:
- Graduation and/or post-graduation degree, preferably in HR
- System knowledge level of Talent Suite
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally
- Affinity with working on technology and hands-on in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus
