Python Developer

Fynd is hiring for the role of Python Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design & Build Core Platform Services: Contribute to and own modules for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, campaign management, and customer activation.
• Work with Large-Scale Data Systems: Build real-time and batch data pipelines using technologies like Kafka, Databricks, or ClickHouse to process and serve insights.
• Develop Scalable APIs: Build and optimise secure, high-throughput REST APIs for customer data access and activation workflows.
• Ensure Reliability & Performance: Design systems that are fault-tolerant, low-latency, and highly available at petabyte scale.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements:

• Strong CS Fundamentals: Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems concepts.
• Programming Skills: Hands-on coding ability in Python.
• Data Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and exposure to big data or streaming platforms.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset to tackle challenges in scalability, reliability, and performance.
