Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Audit and Feedback: Conduct audits, provide structured feedback, and perform root cause analysis to improve process quality.
- Performance Excellence: Ensure high-performance delivery on all quality parameters.
- Team Collaboration: Work as a team player and provide coaching and feedback to associates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and create relevant reports and decks.
- Calibration Participation: Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery.
- Customer Experience Focus: Communicate to enhance customer experience awareness.
- Quality Improvement: Make recommendations to improve quality.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Inter-MSP Collaboration: Participate in inter-MSP calls.
- Proactive Issue Identification: Identify potential issues and highlight them to the change team.
- Training and Development: Prepare, publish, and execute TNA/TNI to ensure 100% closure.
- Real-time Support: Provide real-time support on the floor as needed.
- Skill Assessment: Conduct fortnightly assessments to gauge team member process knowledge.
Requirements:
- Quality analysis, analytical thinking, business partnership, presentation/storytelling.
- Expected to be well versed with the new medium and using the web space effectively.
- He or She must have an analytical thought process combined with an attention to detail in order to help in suggested ads creation.
