Quality Assurance Lead

We’re hiring an Expert Quality Assurance Lead to head our Testing & Quality Control department. This role involves owning the QA strategy, leading testing efforts, and ensuring a stable, bug-free product experience across mobile and web platform

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the QA team and testing strategy across multiple projects
• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and checklists for manual and automated testing
• Perform end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications (functionality, performance, regression)
• Set up and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI pipelines
• Track bugs and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with product and design to ensure user-friendly, production-ready releases
• Establish and track key quality metrics and testing KPIs

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software QA (manual + automation)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT)
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, Cypress, Appium, TestRail, and JIRA
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and mobile/web testing practices
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Shell) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
