We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our eLearning department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all eLearning content meets our high standards of quality before it is delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Thoroughly review eLearning modules, course materials, and assessments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Quality Assurance: Check for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and formatting issues in eLearning content.
• Functionality Testing: Verify that all interactive elements, such as quizzes, animations, and videos, function correctly across various platforms and devices.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure that all eLearning content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and instructional design standards.
• Reporting: Document and report any issues or inconsistencies found during the quality check process and work closely with instructional designers and content developers to resolve them.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on content development processes and suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of eLearning materials.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or content review, preferably in the eLearning industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools and platforms (Captivate).
  • Good understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
