Zigsaw is hiring for the role of Recruitment Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sourcing profiles: Research relevant Job-seekers via the Internal Database Naukri LinkedIn other Social Media references etc.
- Screening profiles: Cold Call potential Job-seekers for specific Jobs Conducting telephonic interviews to screen candidates based on the Job requirements Counselling Job-seekers if required etc.
- Coordination: Scheduling & facilitating interviews while maintaining a positive relationship with employers & Job-seekers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive to excel and become a Top Performer
- Permanent Work from Home is available
- Fixed salary plus attractive incentives based on successful joining
