HDFC Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager – Mortgage Sales!

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must be a graduate of any stream. BFSI experience will be given preference.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BFSI or NBFC sales.
  • Open to travel. Must have a Two-wheeler.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Language: English, Tamil.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Area/Lane/Geography Mapping
    • Responsible for lane-to-lane/area mapping of Area/Geography at regular intervals with the help of the supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated area and inform the progress to the reporting manager during the team huddle.
  • Source Relationship Management
    • Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified in the geography/area.
  • Maintain Reports
    • Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain a daily diary in the prescribed format of activities.
  • Channel Partner Recruitment
    • Responsible for identifying the need for the appointment of a channel partner.
  • Team Huddle
    • Responsible for attending the team huddle daily as per the set process.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Completion of File
    • Responsible for submission of complete application forms, documentation, and information.
