OYO is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Build a healthy relationship with hotel owners
  • Deliver good hotel owner and customer experience
  • Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
  • Help hotel owners manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, drive customer experience
  • Handle hotel owner and customer escalations
  • Ensure occupancy (URNs) month on month
  • Assist with Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in operations handling, key accounts handling
  • Good analytical skills
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation
  • Demonstrate high ethical values

News and Facts:

  • OYO launched Townhouse in January 2017. OYO Townhouse is a managed hotel-brand designed to function and operate as a social hotspot to cater to city dwellers and a new generation of guests.
  • OYO offers a unique concierge-like assistance service through OYO Captains. OYO Captains is the company’s local representatives at hotels who ensure the on-ground support for on-stay experience and hassle-free traveling. Guest can avail their services by booking via call center, app or website.
  • OYO Room is a network of 2,200 hotels operating in 154 cities across India, with monthly revenues of $3.5m and 1,500+ employees.
  • On 21st June 2019, Townhouse reaches a milestone of 100 hotels and becomes India's largest mid-market boutique hotel brand.
  • In December 2018, OYO became the 3rd largest hotel brand in China with 2,17,000 rooms.

Initiatives and Campaigns:

  • #OneForEveryone Contest- This contest was an initiative to know a funny or quirky hotel habit of people staying in OYOs. People participating in this competition had a chance to win 20 Mi4 phones, 42 free stays for two in selected OYO Rooms across India, and 1 grand prize of a return ticket to Dubai for two. Participants had to record a video/picture in HD quality, of their crazy, hilarious and weird hotel quirks, the video or picture must tell a story and they had to post them on their social media specified tags.   • OYO Wizard is one of a kind hospitality membership program powered by OYO. A program which recognises and rewards frequent customers. Corporate Social Responsibility:
