Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Officer - Digital Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Main Objective: Completion of all RPC-related work assigned as a Team Member in sync with the KYC Grid and Circulars within TAT agreed with the business. Checker for account opening Scope Account Opening
- Handling Branch in account opening process and New Staff OJT
- Ensure SB & CA Doc verification within the agreed TAT
- Ensure Account Activation within the agreed TAT.
- Ensure rectification within the agreed TAT.
- Activation of CRN/Account (Maker or Checker)
- Plan activities based on priority and products (like basing the value of IP, Scheme Code, etc.)
- Support in other RPC activities when assigned.
Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of customer onboarding process and all product features
- Complete knowledge of KYC Grid and RL Process circular on customer onboarding
- Effective communication skills
- Thorough understanding of banking

- Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) - Founded in 2006, KEF empowers young people from underprivileged families through various education-based initiatives and equips them with employable skills so they can grow and live with dignity. It offers livelihood support to children and youth from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families in Mumbai, Thane and Raigad regions.
- The Umang program acts as a catalyst for students from KEF partner schools in underprivileged communities to help them acquire the confidence to speak in English and thereby complete their secondary education. In a span of 10 years, over 22,000 students have benefited from the program.
- Kotak Samridhi – a first-of-its-kind financial inclusion programme for milk-producing farmers will be launched on NPCI's RuPay platform. Farmers of registered milk unions in the Hooghly and Bardhaman districts of West Bengal receive payments against the supply of milk through the bank, using card products or accounts.
- Kotak Unnati is a livelihood programme that imparts employable skills to youth aged 18 to 25 years and supports them in becoming contributing members of their community, thus helping their families rise above the vicious circle of poverty.
