Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable apparel products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers and add-on sales.
- Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper folding, stacking, tagging, and section maintenance.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with cashier when required.
- Maintain stock availability and inform the Store Manager about stock issues.
- Follow grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
- Support in stock counts, audits, and store housekeeping activities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
- Follow company policies, attendance discipline, and operational procedures.
