• Minimum graduation and at least 1 year of calling experience.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
• Customer emotional intelligence, ability to understand user experience, and resolve support requests creatively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on respectful and authoritative expression.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust through insightful and genuine interactions.
• Empathetic towards customer experience, displaying a willingness to help and acknowledging situations.
