Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, effective time management, and adherence to store SOPs, etiquette, and operating hours.
• Develop, organize, and maintain promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in inventory and stock management to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Complete all assigned training programs within the defined timelines and apply learnings to improve store performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Meet daily/monthly sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain store merchandising and stock, complete trainings, excellent communication; freshers welcome, graduates with ~2 years retail sales preferred.
