Make your Own perfume is hiring for the role of Sales Executive !
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Achieve daily and monthly business targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through professional service and effective time management.
- Develop, organize, and maintain promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to store SOPs, operational guidelines, store etiquette, and designated operating hours.
- Support the Store Manager in inventory and stock management activities to maintain optimal product availability and store efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, accountability, and commitment to completing all assigned training programs within the specified timelines.
Requirements :
- Drive in-store sales and meet daily/monthly targets; assist customers, present products, manage stock and merchandising; strong communication skills; graduates preferred but freshers may apply.
