- Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Assist customers with purchases and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards (clean displays, correct labelling, etc.).
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist in stockroom organisation and inventory counts.
- Handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required
