Details

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound sales activities (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to generate leads and close deals
  • Identify, research, and target high-potential prospects across relevant industries
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline (no random outreach, structured approach)
  • Sit in core strategy and sales meetings with founders — not just observe, but contribute
  • Handle client conversations and follow-ups independently
  • Take ownership of specific campaigns and drive results end-to-end
  • Lead small initiatives and coordinate with team members when required

Requirements:

  • You’re not afraid of rejection, calls, and uncomfortable conversations
  • You prefer learning by doing, not just watching
  • You want real responsibility, not a chill internship
  • You’re okay being judged on output, not effort
  • You know how to close deals in b2b
  • You have helped an agency before to scale them
