Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound sales activities (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to generate leads and close deals
- Identify, research, and target high-potential prospects across relevant industries
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline (no random outreach, structured approach)
- Sit in core strategy and sales meetings with founders — not just observe, but contribute
- Handle client conversations and follow-ups independently
- Take ownership of specific campaigns and drive results end-to-end
- Lead small initiatives and coordinate with team members when required
Requirements:
- You’re not afraid of rejection, calls, and uncomfortable conversations

- You have helped an agency before to scale them
