Company Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member focused on enterprise accounts, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within enterprise-level accounts, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
  • Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to anticipate and respond to changing customer demands effectively.

Qualification:

  • Proven track record of 4+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or account management, ideally with an IT infrastructure in B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
