Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer from FMCG or Cosmetics industry who can handle distributor management, drive sales growth, and manage a team of salesmen. The candidate should be target-oriented and have strong market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage primary and secondary sales
- Handle and maintain relationships with distributors
- Ensure effective market coverage and productivity
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of salesmen
- Ensure availability and visibility of products (SKU) in outlets
- Assign targets to sales team and track performance
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities
- Work in the field with salesmen as per beat plan
- Support team in improving sales coverage and productivity
- Manage new product launches and re-launches
- Execute company sales schemes and campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG / Cosmetics sales (on-roll)
- At least 1.5+ years in current/previous company
- Graduate in any discipline
- Age: Up to 40 years
- Good knowledge of local market/geography
- Experience as a Sales Officer (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English and local language (Hindi preferred)

- Candidate from same location or nearby area
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
