Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparing Sales Promotion scheme, rollout to field team and budget management
- Preparing Sales readiness strategy for New Product Launches
- Business Plan preparation for calendar year, tracking & management reporting
- Revisiting various Sales Policies/Process changes (TD Car Policy/Dealer Award). Rollout communication to field/ dealers
- Assisting with MIS Preparation:
- Industry Forecast & Tracking HMI Business Plan Performance
- Industry & Market share analytical report - segment shift / MS Change / Model / Segment / Fuel wise
- Reporting:
- Top Management - VIP visit / Industry Awards / Competition New Model launch feedback & Strategy
- Senior Mgmt Report deck - Preparation & Updation Operation
- Operation:
- Skillful in preparing & rollout of various management communication to dealers /internal stakeholders
- Capability in organizing Business Conferences - Planning & Execution
- Coordination with external bodies like SIAM for monthly data updation Proficient in Excel & PPT is must to prepare Business Performance Reports for Industry & HMI know how of Auto Industry & key Market updates
