Scrum Master

Unnanu is looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure the Scrum team adheres to the Scrum framework and best practices.
• Remove roadblocks and impediments for the Scrum team.
• Track and report on project progress and metrics.
• Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlog items.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
