Meesho is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Influencer Marketing!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat.
- Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and developments to help improve our social media strategy.
- Work and coordinate with agencies.
- Act as a brand advocate and ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand voice and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
- A growth mindset & a strong sense of ownership
- Data-driven thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging social media copy and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for social media.
- Proficiency with social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
