Roles & Responsibilities:
- Represent company products and solutions to customers, focusing on PCB manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, and rework equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through meetings, calls, emails, and site visits.
- Understand customer business models, applications, and technical requirements (KYC – Know Your Customer).
- Generate and manage sales enquiries aligned with assigned targets.
- Analyse customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company approval policies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Coordinate project execution including delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or related industries.
