LSEG is hiring for the role of Senior Lead Software Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead all aspects of the design work and planning for user journeys ensuring the achieve the desired objectives.
- Support the creation of solutions for Epics and the associated implementation tasks.
- Adapt existing patterns to develop robust solutions.
- Complete the delivery of given tasks with some mentorship and oversight.
- Build positive relationships with senior internal partners, growing network, and collaborating with own team and colleagues in other domains.
- Communicates sophisticated information clearly to relevant audiences.
- Takes initiative to develop knowledge of technology products and tools through on-the-job learning, certifications, and projects.
Requirements:
- Graduation's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
- 1+ Years of experience in Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, delivery management, and/or Emerging Technology and governance proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java preferred).
- Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure a plus).
- Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD.
- Moderate experience in software development and delivery.
- Familiarity with Business/Technical Analysis, QA, delivery management, emerging technologies, or governance (preferred).
- Some experience in partner management.
