PharmEasy is hiring for the role of Senior Manager- Compensation and Benefits!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Design and manage the Annual Compensation Review cycle for all entities in India, ensuring budget control and timeline adherence.
  • Execute the annual variable pay process, coordinating with Finance and internal stakeholders for timely payout finalization.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of key employee benefits, participating in benchmarking studies for competitiveness.
  • Commission custom surveys and participate in industry benchmarking to analyze prevailing pay rates for internal proposals.
  • Develop a comprehensive policy framework covering all elements of the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence, and conducting audits.
  • Support special projects in job grading and evaluations, maintaining an appropriate grade structure in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
  • Assist in the design and execution of the annual performance management process, guiding HR generalists and line leaders.
  • Design and deliver communication and training programs for manager/employee capability building in specific P&R areas.
  • Develop standards for key HR metrics, focusing on analytics around compensation spending and wage management.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of Rewards services, handling queries, supporting HRBP, and managing promotion and salary increase cycles.
  • Implement TR & PMS policies and programs within the business, coordinating with Generalists for effective interfacing.
  • Stay updated on industry practices, market trends, legislative developments, and competitor practices for continuous learning.
  • Work alongside HR technology teams for enhancements and improvements in P&R systems.
  • Conduct data audits and cleanses, ensuring timely completion of follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 2-7 years.
