Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: From meta tags to backlinks—you'll cover it all.
- Technical SEO Audits: Regularly monitor crawlability, site speed, indexability, and other performance factors.
- Content Optimization: Work with content teams to align content with keyword strategy and user intent.
- Performance Analysis: Use tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, etc. to measure performance and guide next steps.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends.
- Collaboration: Partner with development, marketing, and content teams.
- Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Bonus: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
