Kyndryl is hiring for the role of Service Coordination!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage Service Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Drive process improvements through service improvement plans and address negative trends impacting IPC process effectiveness or efficiency
- Monitor regular process measurements and take corrective actions as needed
- Provide ongoing education to process users when requested or when performance indicates a need for improved process execution
- Perform post-resolution incident reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of incident resolution
- Act as the orchestrator for incident recovery by leading the incident bridge
- Consolidate and coordinate an integrated resolution plan when multiple competencies or business units are involved
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Incident, Problem & Change Management.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics, & telecommunication.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools.
- ITIL v3/4 (Inter/Expert).
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies.
- ITIL.
- Good understanding and hands-on on Service Management (Incident, Problem and Change)
