Details
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Work with designers and content writers to execute campaigns
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Perform keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices in captions and hashtags
- Collaborate with the web/content team for SEO-aligned content marketing
- Run and monitor paid ads (Meta and Google)
- Execute influencer campaigns and outreach
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and tools (Meta Business Suite,Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page/off-page, keyword research, SERP tools like Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner)
- Excellent written communication and content ideation skills
- Experience with paid ad campaigns and influencer management
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on performance
